We Ship Promptly
When you place your order, we will email you a confirmation within minutes complete with all the details including costs and the delivery address. In most cases we ship with 2-3 business days of receiving your order. As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation that includes tracking information. You can begin tracking your order online starting the next business morning. If your order is delayed we will do our best to contact you with the reason for the delay (such as an unexpected backorder) and find out what options for shipping will work best for you.

If the item you purchased had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
