Though production of the Hellcat ceased shortly after the end of World War II, some aircraft - such as this one flown by the French Navy over Indochina in 1953 - remained in service for years. Made by Hobby Master, this 1/72 scale die cast model is a true gem. It features engraved panel lines; a detailed cockpit with a clear, optional-position canopy; a full complement of wing-mounted bombs and missiles; an external fuel tank; optional-position landing gear with rubber tires; authentic French Navy Flotille 1F markings; a display stand and more. 7" wingspan.
