The No. 208 Squadron has been using the Hawk since 1994, having previously been one of the last operators of the Buccaneer. The badge on the tail fin is from the 1930s when 208 Sq. was serving in the Middle East. The wings denote flight and the eye is the Egyptian god ÒHorus,Ó which together depict the squadronÕs role of Aerial reconnaissance.
