The team would receive official status as a team in 1950 and was originally from the 22nd Fighter Bomber Squadron, which was part of the 36th Fighter Bomber Group. The entire wing began transition to the F-86F Sabre during 1953. HQ USAFE decided that they wished to have the team transferred to the 48th Fighter Wing, which meant that the 86th FW Skyblazers flew their last F-84E-equipped airshow during July 1953.' Length:6.75"
